Why the name
Ouzo and Sangria
It was decided to select something that most of us will remember from Spain and Greece, (hangovers maybe) among many of the choices. We selected Ouzo and Sangria.

My name is Borge Karlsson
Fifty years ago I started to work for the Swedish holiday company Vingresor [now called Ving] in Rhodes, Greece, followed by Spain (Benidorm-Majorca-Menorca-Lanzarote and Fuerteventura) and Kenya East Africa and Gambia in west Africa.
Happy days, great memories worked and meet some fantastic people and it was always blue sky!
I stayed in travel and 40 years later decided that to create a travel blog. In this, I had a little help from my friends.
The sky is still blue and the Mediterranean is still ‘the’ fantastic holiday venue.
Those were the days my friends…
